Story:

I have 20+ years of combined work experience in customer service, business analysis, consulting, and managerial work.

My purpose: to help empower individuals at all stages of your career and leadership journey.

I sought a professional coach when I was stuck with my next career move. She asked different questions than I was asking myself, which provided insights that empowered me to take my first next step.

Purpose:

My purpose throughout my careers have been to help others help themselves. I hope that I can help you see yourself as your own greatest resource.

Training:

Having such a positive coaching experience myself, combined with my work experience led me to the UBC Organizational Coaching program, where I jumped in with both feet into the world of individual coaching. I defined my values, and learned how to lead with my values first.

It’s important to have a safe, confidential space, and as part of my practice, I follow the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
