How I came to coaching:
I was stuck. I kept asking the same questions in my head - what do I want to do next? I know it’s not this, but…what?
That led me to a career coach, who empowered me through open questioning, encouragement, observation. I identified my values, and escaped the analysis paralysis by identifying the next small step. By showing up for myself, I built confidence and a sense of empowerment.
